Compassionate, collaborative, and playful evidence-based treatment.

Healing requires an understanding of your current context, your past history, and your future direction for where you want to go. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you create a life you want to live. In our work together, you will learn more effective ways to manage your emotions, recognize your behavioral patterns, and work towards life goals that feel meaningful to you. I honor and value the expertise that you bring into session, and together we will move you towards deeper healing, self-discovery, and real-world changes.

I recognize that even with the best intentions, our current healthcare system inevitably causes harm, especially onto individuals from marginalized communities. I am adamant about being in a constant state of learning and self-reflection so that I provide culturally informed, responsive care.

I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. I also have training and passion in a few specialized areas, which are listed below.

  • Comprehensive DBT is a treatment package that includes individual therapy, skills training, and between session phone coaching. DBT is an evidence-based practice originally created to support people who are struggling with self-harm and/or suicidal ideation and behaviors. DBT takes an emotion-focused lens, and believes most behavioral and interpersonal challenges are driven by efforts to regulate intense or out-of-control emotions.

    I provide Comprehensive DBT for teens and young adults. Learn more about Comprehensive DBT and how it can help you.

  • As an Asian American, I am passionate about providing culturally responsive therapy and want to create a space that centers Asian-specific values, experiences, and challenges.

  • While I myself am not autistic, I am passionate about providing autism and neurodivergent affirming care. I will center your lived experience, goals, and needs, and will collaborate to help you create changes in your life and environment to better support you in your mental health journey.
