About Adora Du
Adora (she/her) is an associate mental health counselor (License: MC61604494) and fellow in the Seattle Training in Adult, Adolescent, and Relationship (STAAR) DBT Program. Both! I see clients in-person a few days of the week in my office in Fremont (Seattle, WA). I also provide virtual (telehealth) services to clients who are located in Washington State. You can learn more about my office here.
My typical working hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, subject to availability.
-
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments, and appointments scheduled on Mondays must be cancelled prior to the appointment time on the previous Friday. Every client receives a 1-time "pass" for a late Cancellation or No Show. Please note that you will be responsible for the full appointment fee if you miss an appointment (No Show) or cancel the appointment without 24 hours notice.
I know life happens sometimes. You are able to change an in-person session to telehealth at any point up to our scheduled appointment time with no fee.

I am not paneled with insurance companies and am considered an out-of-network provider. I am able to provide you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance policy for out-of-network reimbursements. Out-of-network coverage varies depending on your insurance policy, so please contact your insurance company directly to check your benefits and coverage.

No, I am unable to provide an assessment for autism. However, I value and support the validity of self-identification and will incorporate that into our work together.
-
I am unable to prescribe or monitor medications. However, I recognize the importance of incorporating medications into your treatment, and am happy to connect with your existing medication provider to establish continuity of care if you wish.

55 minutes: $200
